- Winblows 95 DOES play with the modem A LOT, both when starting up and
- before dialing. The following undoes the effects of Win95 on the modem
- for a lot of our users though:

- Go to the icon you're using in your dial-up networking. Right click on it
- and select properties. Click Configure, then go to the connection tab and
- click Advanced. Then enter "AT&F1" where it says Extra settings.
